Our pre-site check covers power, space and access, so there are no surprises on the day.

Barista in a Box
What is included?
A commercial espresso machine and grinder, accessories, installation, training for your staff and ongoing servicing. Beans and consumables are available as add-ons.
Who looks after servicing?
We do. Servicing is part of the package, so there is nothing for your team to manage.

Available as add-ons. Ask us about options.
How is pricing confirmed?
From the cost of five small coffees a day. We confirm the exact price after a free site check.
Equipment hire
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery and installation is available, from $250 plus GST where it is not already included in your booking. You can also collect the gear yourself.
Do I need to clean the equipment?
Yes, please return it clean. A cleaning fee of $125 plus GST applies per machine or grinder returned unclean.
What if something gets damaged?
The hire terms explain what you are responsible for from handover, and what counts as fair wear and tear. Read them before you book.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Under the hire terms the client insures the equipment for the hire period. See clause 10 of the terms.
